Tuesday 3rd June

Many thanks to James writing the blog for the last couple of days as the computer here was playing up, but all going well, it is back to "normal" again, fingers crossed... It has been a great day out here again, think I might got some more suntan while cutting the grass late this afternoon!! James saw a Corncrake today on the reserve at Gruinart. At the weekend, George had seen 2 prs of Arctic Terns down on the shore below his house. He also saw an Oystercatcher sitting on a nest and a Ringed Plover with out with its' youngsters. The Rochdale birders spotted an Osprey fly over George's ponds.
