A late post- lots of computer, come internet problems on Islay at the moment. We have had lots of great records from Peter Clements of Naturetrek: 10 Hen Harriers in the Gruinart, Kilchoman, Ardnave area, 5 Corncrakes a calling at Ardnave, Loads of Wheatears, a male Velvet Scoter on the south Rhinns, a total of 7 Golden Eagles around the Island, a Peregrine at Ardbeg distillery. Also reported a pair of Spotted Flycatchers at Gruinart and Common Terns on Loch Gruinart.
