A few bits and pieces from today...
James counted 70 Linnets over at Grainel, here at home I saw 90 lbjs on the electric wires leading down to the house, but no bins, hence no positive id.... Michal had seen a Corncrake when he was out cutting thistles and mid afternoon and Margaret had a count of 93 Greylag down on the lochan towards Loch Gorm. Almost forgot the important part tonight, yes the dreaded midge is out, and Sally, James's other half had a quick head count of around 5 million of the blighters earlier on!
