On Thursday, David Livingstone had seen a group of 4 Choughs over on the Big strand down beside Kintra. One of the Choughs had coloured leg rings on, and on checking with Eric Bignal, the bird was a youngster born down on the Oa this year.
The weather out here has been quite windy with the odd shower of rain in the mix, not as wet as other places. I was hearing from folk down in Bolton who told me that so far they have had almost 6 inches of rain so far this month, up here have had just over 2 inches !!!!
