A true winter's day out here today, the Paps of Jura have got a good covering of snow...
Yesterday afternoon when returning home to Islay on the ferry, James had seen 2 Slavonian Grebes and also a few Kittiwakes as well. Today up here not a lot to report , but the wee birds have been even busier at the feeders than yesterday. The pesky Sparrowhawk has been seen around the feeders at least 3 times , but did not appear to be very successful, thank goodness!!!!!
