No, it's not a laughing gull, just a Common Gull taken by Carl!
Yesterday while he was out and about, Carl had 50 Common Gulls at Port Charlotte, 79 Bar tailed Godwit at Gartmain, 8 Black tailed Godwit on the Bridgend merse along with 65 Dunlin. Along at "smelly corner", Carl had a count of 20 Dunlin and nearer to home, at Bruichladdich were a small number of Dunlin and Turnstone.
I am glad to say tonight, that there have been no sign of any midges, so I managed to finish cutting the grass!
