So far, so good considering that it is Friday the 13th.... It can also be good to others too!
This afternoon, James's wife Sally and their daughter Eleanor were up at Sanaigmore along with some friends. To add to their day, a Basking Shark was seen in the bay.
Today James had a Barn Owl on the reserve at Gruinart, and felt that had been a fall of Wheatears, as he thought there were a lot more of them around as he went up to Ardnave. Later on and he saw 2 different Hen Harriers at the top of Loch Gorm.
Back here at home, just at the back of tea time, and a Peregrine was seen over the crag.
