Alistair was out in Bridgend woods yesterday, his highlights were a pair of bulfinch, two singing blackcap and several willow warbler. Off bruichladdich later he had up to 6 sandwich tern and 2 great northern divers. Andrew was pit yesterday and had a whinchat on The Oa, as well as 2 chough. Gary got in touch today with some highlights from his wader watch of the Gruinart mud flats: 800+ dunlin, 150+ ringed plover, 10 sanderling, 7 turnstone, 78 curlew, 43 oystercatcher.
