Another day in, another busy day at that, but all up to speed. Margaret had a Treecreeper in the trees out in front of the house this morning, the first for quite some time. Just before lunchtime I had a count of 34 Chough as they twisted and tumbled as they flew along the front of the crag which was great to see, counting them would be easier if they would fly in a "regular" flight! Going in to Bowmore later on, there was a male Hen Harrier just below Gartloist. James is back from holidays, so it will be catch up time for him, think of all those e mails waiting in the inbox this morning....
