Some more sightings for you, all from yesterday apart from Tim and Emily's record of hearing a Gropper calling away on Sunday out towards Ardtalla. Yesterday, they had a male Blackcap and also a pair of Treecreepers in the wood beside their cottage. Mike Peacock yesterday had heard 2 Blackcaps calling in the trees round Loch Skerrols and also a Cuckoo. He saw 2 male Bullfinch and a pair of Bullfinch and a Treecreeper there as well. On Loch Skerrols itself, 3 Tufted Duck and over 20 Shelduck were on the water. Gary had seen 11 Sanderling, a Merlin, 3 Whimbrel and also 22 Little Terns on the Big Strand. He had also seen 5 Tree Sparrows at Caol Ila
