This afternoon, Martin had seen a Bullfinch over at The Dower House which is past Ardbeg. He met in with Bob later on and they saw a Peregrine and then a Golden Eagle further along the road. Here at home, this afternoon there were 5 Hooded Crows hopping around on the grass and then a flypast of 5 Chough. This evening, I went out to water some newly planted hedging plants, within half an hour, it had started to rain and since then, it has been wet for the best part of a couple of hours, could have saved myself a job if only I had waited...
