Wednesday 15th July

Another good day, and another day working outside on the pond. The pond had its' first visitor today with a frog inspecting the new pool, we managed to get a few stones placed in, so when the frog returns, it will have somewhere to climb out of the water and do some sun bathing!!! While were down there, a Whinchat was seen atop of one of the tree guards, later on some Swallows swooped low down past on a feeding run, out on the crag, a few of the remaining nesting fulmars glided past and then finally, the noisy nosey choughs flew past, a great day all round, best of all I might have a burning from the sun!
