Thursday 15th August
Very wet here today so not too much to report. I was walking from Bowmore to the recycling area and counted 9blackbirds together in a cut silage field. Between showers a sparrowhawk broke cover and flew along the gorse bushes, spooking a few meadowpipits as it went.
