All the visitors are gone, so it falls to the people of Islay to go outside and write down the birds they see. Let's see what's in the post bag today...
Martin had a little egret at the mouth of the Sorn. Hot Ed had 3 WTE, a goldie, a jack snipe, and a barn owl at Cornabus. In the evening he managed to ring a couple of woodcock. Plus a very late swallow, which is apparently in this video clip somewhere...
I for one will be nominating Ed for a BAFTA, and I encourage you all to do the same.
