David Wood sent me through this report from some survey work carried out by the team down on the RSPB reserve on the Oa today..
"We did the Oa
cliff survey today, combined total of 30 Wheatear, 2 Swallow, 2 Sand Martin
were the migrant highlights. Other birds seen included 2 immature WT Eagles, 5 Peregrines, 69 Tysties, 2 Hen Harriers, 7 GNDs"
Peter emailed to tell me that Lesley had seen a Spotted Flycatcher in her garden this morning, a great sighting, the first for the UK this year probably...
