Yesterday, the Coullabus crowd had been out and on a walk between Carnmore Woods and the Singing Sands over at Port Ellen had seen/ heard the following birds...Willow Warbler, Song Thrush, Blackbird, GND, Ringed Plover, Shag, R b Merganser, Oystercatcher, Gbb Gull, Herring Gull, Common Gull, Meadow Pipits, a male Hen Harrier, Tystie, Common Guillemot and Hooded Crow. The others in the group had been down on the Rhinns and had heard a Corncrake calling at the cemetery  at Nerabus.
