Yesterday Scott and his team of visiting birders had a Wheatear up at Ardnave as well as some Twite there too. On the high road they saw a ringtail Hen Harrier. Today, they had Redwing on the Rhinns and at Port Charlotte on Loch Indaal, 6 GND, 2 RTD and a BTD all from the same spot! They also had a further GND in the harbour at Port Ellen. Today the Bolton Birders had a Treecreeper in the woods at Bridgend. They had also seen 2 GND at Glenburn, Blackrock and another 2 up in Sanaigmore Bay. Up there they also saw 5 Gannets and then another 3 soon after. Back on the spit in Loch Indaal, 2 Pale bellied Brent were seen and also a pr of Goldeneye. Finally over at Coull, 30 Twite were counted.
