Yes, I realise this is not a bird, but James sent it through, taken while he was on holiday in The Isles of Scilly. The inquisitive seal was having a nibble at El's flipper.... Over on the reserve at Gruinart today James had a Barn Owl, Tawny Owl, 2 Corncrakes calling, numerous Whitethroats, 2 Treecreeper, 2 Hen Harrier and a Lesser Redpoll. Sunday, 24 July 2011

Yes, I realise this is not a bird, but James sent it through, taken while he was on holiday in The Isles of Scilly. The inquisitive seal was having a nibble at El's flipper....
