Bob yesterday had 8 Goldeneye, 7 Tufted Duck, on Loch Skerrols. Along at Knockdon he had a count of 68 Wood pigeon and a mixed flock of 30 Redwing and 45 Fieldfare. Back up at his home, Bob has been seeing a pair of Buzzards which appear to nest prospecting...

Just arrived on the island, I bring a group each Feb. Hsd 2 Iceland Gull just east of Ballygrant in wet fields a 1st wint & 2nd wint. Plus Barn Owl tonight just before reaching Bowmore on edge of Indaal. Cheers Chris Mills Norfolk Birding
