Tuesday 7th February

Another good day out here, the sky and all the stars last night were something else... This morning, all the Fulmars have gone, but there were 29 Chough flying around up beside the old church at the top of the hill. There were also a flock of 50 Lapwing, a bit further out, out towards the War Graves cemetery. This afternoon, down past the Coastguard houses, there was a Peregrine on the ground picking away at its' prey, what was left of a Rock Dove! Bob had been telling me on Sunday, that he had a Siskin on his feeders, the first one for quite some time.
