Another beautiful day here yet again... I am getting a "farmers' tan" for sure...
The Corncrake survey last night, well on our patch, the tally only came to 3 birds heard calling, whether it was the temperature was rather low, a mere 3 degrees at one time... or possibly not so many Corncrakes around anyway....
Gary had seen a Water rail cross the road up past Erasaid, the other day.
