Dave Protherough saw 10 sandwich terns in Port Ellen bay yesterday as well as 4 great northern divers. At Gruinart a male hen harrier and 2 females, golden eagle, juvenile white-tailed eagle and several swallows were seen yesterday also a barn owl was heard screeching during night. James saw couple twite and a redpoll on his morning survey today. Female peregrine was seen in Ardnave. Louise sent an image of the couple of sandwich terns she saw on Jura on Monday.
