Yesterday morning through the swirling mist I thought I heard some Fulmars out on the crag, never saw anything though... Today is a different day and there they were 10 of them, not a lot, but, well we will just have to wait a few days to see if the wind picks up. It is after all that time of year again, think back to last year and no power for over 4 days... Martin saw a couple of Hen Harriers down close to his home at Glenegedale. On the feeders in his garden he has had Reed Buntings. The mist dropped in again later today, went down along the top of Loch Indaal to find Glaucous Gull, no joy, infact no gulls at all, nothing at all..... Did see see a Kestrel on top of a fence post down close to the airport, that was about it!
