Well, another month almost in, only a few hours to go and we are into December.....Not a bad day here although the wind has picked up again. Some more sightings through from last night's meeting. At Kinnabus on the Oa, David had 21 Whooopers, a flock of around 300 Twite, 10 Linnets and 2 Golden Eagles. There was a group of 12 Whoopers at Rockside while Gruinart had 30. James had a Peregrine coming off Loch Indaal down at Uiskentuie. Bob counted 30 Fulmars round at Kilchiaran and he also had a seen a Sparrowhawk at home. There was the general feeling at last night's meeting that there have been more Redwings, Fieldfares and Blackbirds seen on Islay this Autumn.
