The bad weather from hurricane Katia seems a long time ago as the island bathed in sun shine today, with just the brown trees to remind us of the storm.

Ian still has internet problems so a quick bog from me. Mick Durham has been out and about: had an Osprey yesterday at Loch Skerrols. Today had a ruff on the Gruinart Flats and 22 red breasted mergansers at the mouth of Loch Gruinart. Ian had the peregrine again at Kilchoman and a particularly vocal robin on bird table patrol.
