Two more days of mostly unpredictable and unpleasant weather with heavy rain showers, though a bit sunnier for longer periods today after a horrible day yesterday.
The only birds reported yesterday came from James H. who counted 42 Black-tailed Godwits from the north hide at Gruinart RSPB.
Today Clive McK. had a Whitethroat in his garden at Creag Mhor and 2 Sandwich Terns on Loch Gruinart. He also commented on large numbers of Meadow Pipits and Skylarks showing up with 90 pipits and 25 larks flushed by a passing Sparrowhawk at Gareallabus.
