Better get this short entry done quickly as the power is keeping on flickering, one of these times it will go out.... The weather like a lot of other places is not exactly Spring like. Here on Islay, we do not often get snow all around but today it has been something else. Back on Wednesday, David and Jane Griffiths had a male Hen Harrier down towards the airport. Later on close to Port nan Gallan, they had some Eider along with a few Scaup. On land, there was a very active Wren. Yesterday, David heard the Skylarks singing away up towards Kynagary. Wonder if they were singing today! In the evening, they saw a Barn Owl in Bowmore. Today, the Greylags were present up the drive here at home in the snow, George had 35 Whitefronts along with 4 Wigeon on his ponds today. Got the entry done before the power gives up on me!
